Dock Of The Bay Tea House Wonderful asian styled guest house shares property (and the beach) with the main house "Dock Of The Bay". A favorite spot at this house is the deep covered porch which over looks the gardens between it and the main house. Trees surround you for privacy,and a feeling of a real get a way. The one bedroom has a queen bed and patio door to the wrap around deck. There is also a twin bed in the main living space. Skylights add extra light and a wood stove provides cozy heat in the winter. The bathroom has a shower and also hosts the laundry facilities. TV/VCR, no cable so no reception. No telephone. Pets allowed upon approval. A guest comment: We are back home on Cortes Island. This is just to let you know that we had a very enjoyable time visiting Sequim and the surroundings. The Tea House was the perfect place to stay, we liked it very much. Rental Information Discount of 10% for stays of 10 or more nights. A minimum stay of two nights is required. Three nights minimum stay in July and August - please contact us to inquire about shorter stays. Off season monthly rates are available for November 1 through April 30 are also available. Monthly rates are for 4 weeks (28 nights). One time cleaning fee is based on vacation rental size and capacity. All vacation rentals are no smoking. Some vacation rentals allow pets with an additional non-refundable pet fee and restrictions apply - please contact us concerning all pets. Long distance phone usage is at the renters expense. Fire wood and housekeeping are available through Groveland Cottage B&B for an additional fee. Reservations can be held with a major credit card including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.  All cancellations within one month of check-in are subject to a 50% refund. All rates are in USD and subject to 8.4% sales tax and 2.0% room tax. A valid drivers license and credit card must be presented at check-in. A rental agreement contract must be signed at check-in.
