Bonne Chance Cottage Fabulous brand new home in "The Cottages" a lovely selection of Craftsman style homes at the base of Bell Hill. It is a gracious neighborhood within a neighborhood just a short walk from Cedarbrook Herb Farm. This Cottage features maple floors (no shoes please), siltstone counters, propane fireplace and top of the line finishes for your retreat to Sequim. French doors lead from the dining area to the patio with views of the surrounding meadows. On a clear day you will see Protection Island, the Strait of Juan De Fuca, and MT Baker. The kitchen is a gourmets dream. It is well stocked and open to the living area so you can be part of the fun. We have thought of everything from high speed internet, CD/IPOD player, 32-inch LCD/HDTV, DVDs, and games in our den, to down comforters, 600 thread count sheets, and over sized bath sheets to keep you cozy. Gas grill on patio. Our master suite includes a king sleep number bed (you can choose your own number!), double sinks and a separate "private" area. We have a queen sleep number bed in the guest room with the second bathroom just outside the door. We do have two queen aero beds to use when necessary. Theater room features wall mounted TV and couch with two recliners. Bonne Chance has excellent access to the Olympic National Park, Victoria ferries and to Port Townsend. Minutes to shopping and entertainment in both Sequim and Port Angeles. Rental Information Discount of 10% for stays of 10 or more nights. A minimum stay of two nights is required. Three nights minimum stay in July and August - please contact us to inquire about shorter stays. Off season monthly rates are available for November 1 through April 30 are also available. Monthly rates are for 4 weeks (28 nights). One time cleaning fee is based on vacation rental size and capacity. All vacation rentals are no smoking. Some vacation rentals allow pets with an additional non-refundable pet fee and restrictions apply - please contact us concerning all pets. Long distance phone usage is at the renters expense. Fire wood and housekeeping are available through Groveland Cottage B&B for an additional fee. Reservations can be held with a major credit card including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.  All cancellations within one month of check-in are subject to a 50% refund. All rates are in USD and subject to 8.4% sales tax and 2.0% room tax. A valid drivers license and credit card must be presented at check-in. A rental agreement contract must be signed at check-in.
