Dock Of The Bay Located on West Sequim Bay Road just a few properties from John Wayne Marina. The drive winds around beautiful gardens, help yourself to rhubarb or berries in season and delight in the well thought out landscaping. Spring is bursting with many rare varieties of rhododendrons. You can have your breakfast on the sunny south facing deck. The north side gives you the wonderful views of Sequim Bay and the John Wayne Marina, large yard with towering cedar trees is a perfect spot to watch the sail boats on the bay. This house has large spacious rooms with wood floors. Fully equipped retro kitchen hosts new appliances and faces the waterfront, living room and den/twin bedroom also have great views of Sequim Bay. Three bedrooms and two baths. Master BR with King Bed, den 2 twin beds, 3rd BR has double bunk bed and a queen bed. A large sun room provides beautiful views of the gardens and allows for a separate living area. Walk way to the dock and beach. Amenities available: TV, DVD,WIFI, laundry, stereo, phone. Rental Information Discount of 10% for stays of 10 or more nights. A minimum stay of two nights is required. Three nights minimum stay in July and August - please contact us to inquire about shorter stays. Off season monthly rates are available for November 1 through April 30 are also available. Monthly rates are for 4 weeks (28 nights). One time cleaning fee is based on vacation rental size and capacity. All vacation rentals are no smoking. Some vacation rentals allow pets with an additional non-refundable pet fee and restrictions apply - please contact us concerning all pets. Long distance phone usage is at the renters expense. Fire wood and housekeeping are available through Groveland Cottage B&B for an additional fee. Reservations can be held with a major credit card including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express. All cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee.  All cancellations within one month of check-in are subject to a 50% refund. All rates are in USD and subject to 8.4% sales tax and 2.0% room tax. A valid drivers license and credit card must be presented at check-in. A rental agreement contract must be signed at check-in.
