- Cleaning Fee: a one-time cleaning fee is based on vacation rental size and capacity.
- Smoking is not allowed in any of our properties.
- Pets allowed in some vacation rentals. Additional non-refundable pet fee and restrictions apply.

- Cancelations prior to 30 days of stay are subject to a $75 fee plus tax, and a full refund less charged processing fees plus tax.
- Cancelations within 14 to 30 days of stay are given a 50% refund plus tax,
- Cancelation within 2 weeks of check-in are non-refundable
- Tax: 8.5% sales tax for county properties plus 2% lodging tax. For properties in Sequim city limits there is a 8.8% sales tax plus 2% room tax.
- Check-in: valid drivers license and credit card required.
- Rental agreement contract must be signed prior to check in or at check-in.
