Charming cottage with beautiful gardens
Rose Cottage, designed for two, is a great location if you are looking to explore the peninsula or just get away. Throughout the cottage You will enjoy the unique attention to detail. A bright airy bedroom with double bed, charming bathroom, claw foot tub/shower, washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, cozy wood stove, and a private deck with hot tub and barbecue. In the evening, after a soak, enjoy a glass of wine by the fire pit. There is WiFi and a good selection of movies so bring your lap top. No TV. The cottage is located in the outskirts of Sequim, and is good for getting to Olympic National Forest trails, Its also a lovely 30 minute drive to the Victorian sea port of Port Townsend. We are within walking distance to Sequim’s new Rain Shadow Disc Golf Course, and to the Discovery trail, bring your bikes or rent at the John Wayne marina. The 24 hour Longhouse Market, grocery/deli, is located just a couple minutes away as well as restaurants at 7 Cedars Casino. Also close by are the Jamestown library and Native art gallery. This property is shared with another home - they are separate from each other so you have plenty of privacy. This is a non-pet house.
HOT TUB NOTICE: Please note that because we offer turn overs on this rental property, there may be times when the hot tub is not up to temperature at time of arrival due to necessary cleaning. In the event that this happens, the hot tub should be ready for use the following morning.

What a charming and magical place. Would have loved to stay longer. Immediate response from owners when I couldn't figure someting out. Having a fireplace both inside and out is awesome - and wood is available!! A bit hard to see the place to turn (address), so best to get there before dark. Nice that there are services fairly near by wiithout spoiling the lovely woods setting.

This place was great! The hosts left great instructions for how everything works, and the cottage itself is very cozy. The hot tub is an especially nice touch. It's a great location too, quite close to Sequim.

Great place to relax and unwind. Well kept and responsive hosts and their team. Hot tub was a nice touch. Would easily recommend (and I do!). One place to possibly improve was to have more places to stretch out. A couch, a hammock . . . something along those lines.

Absolutely the best choice. The Rose Cottage was completely ready for us. The bottle of wine and the hot tub ready and running were over the top!! Very quiet and peaceful off the beaten path, but not out of the way. We would definitely stay here again in the event we came back to this area.

The Rose Cottage is one of our favorite little private escapes, with easy access from Seattle. It is close to the Olympic Discovery Trail, if you are looking for a nice ride into Port Angeles and back. The hot tub is private and perfect for two. You will love it.

Great little cottage in a convenient location. Nice details including a heated towel rack in the bathroom and blooming roses in the front. Many amenities to make the stay comfortable. We even appreciated the nice touch of the bottle of wine left for us when we arrived. We were disappointed in not being able to find the Koi pond. Owners on the property respected our privacy and while the Koi pond may have been on their property we decided to respect your property as well. Would have been nice if it was marked or even information provided on the paperwork left when we arrived. Otherwise the stay was awesome!

Rose Cottage was a perfect retreat for body and soul. Located within a quick drive of most of the major attractions on the north end of the Peninsula, it also exuded comfort and ease. A lovely kitchen, a sweet and comfortable bed, a claw foot tub (when you get tired of the hot tub), a wood burning stove in front of two incredibly comfortable easy chairs, a lovely deck for sipping wine (provided by our hosts) - what more could you want? Oh yes, and the doe and two fawns who ambled through the yard at sunset or evening. We are already talking about returning.

Very clean inside, very private and beautiful property, sure wish the path to koi pond was signed. Loved the hot tub. Perfect for couples who don't need to be on the water/water view. My late husband would have loved it!

This is a lovely property. Cozy and beautiful. The location is good, but a little ways out of Sequim. There is a little road noise but i only heard it sitting in their fantastic hot tub. I'd stay again.

Rose Cottage is as charming and comfortable as advertised! It was the perfect location for our stay in the Sequim area, allowing my husband and me to explore the northern part of the Olympic Peninsula. We found ourselves wanting to return a little earlier each day so we could relax in the comfortable living room, or on the deck, enjoy the hot tub and a light meal. We appreciated the owner's artistry with the charming use of tree trunks, wood and other homey decorating touches throughout the house. This small house has everything needed for a memorable stay. It is well maintained, very clean and equipped with a wonderful kitchen, bath and bedroom area. We definitely hope to return next time we are in the area!

We loved our stay at the Rose Cottage! It was very clean and the amenities were wonderful, we made great use of the hot tub and outdoor fire pit. The hosts were so nice to give us a bottle of wine for our stay. Highly recommend this place for people staying in the area.

This cottage is such a hidden gem! We are very happy we chose this as our base to bike and hike and explore the Olympic National park region and Sequim. Its very private even though its on the owners property (which is absolutely beautiful.) We will love to come back and cant neglect to mention how grateful we were for the freshly caught Dungeness crab the hosts son brought us!! Fabulous! Well miss it and the setting and hot tub!

The Rose Cottage is a charming and peaceful oasis on a beautiful and carefully tended property. The clawfoot tub inside and the outdoor hot tub under the cedar trees were particular favorites.
