Welcome to The Farmhouse! This classic 1914 Sequim farmhouse has been updated with everything you need for a wonderful vacation while keeping its original charm.
The Farmhouse offers many opportunities for relaxation and fun. Curl up with a good book on the all-season sun porch. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine on the back patio overlooking a picturesque neighboring barn, or relax in the private hot tub. The large, private yard has plenty of space to run and play, or unwind in the fresh air at one of the many seating areas. There are fruit trees, a tree house, and a family of deer that occasionally visits looking for apples.
Inside you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen complete with all the gadgets needed to put together a delicious meal. There is a spacious living room with a wood stove and 55” streaming-TV on the first floor, and another TV room with board games and puzzles on the second floor. There are four bedrooms: a bunk room with two twin beds and a small desk (first floor), an inviting room with a king bed (first floor), a lovely room with a queen bed and usable vintage bassinette (second floor), and a whimsical kids room with two twin beds (second floor). There is also a comfortable sofa bed in the TV room. Two full bathrooms and a large laundry room are located on the first floor. The Farmhouse sleeps ten, making it ideal for families of all sizes, or even two families vacationing together.
The Farmhouse is a peaceful retreat to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life while being only minutes from golf courses, lavender fields, parks, restaurants, and shopping.

The Shangri La Retreat is a thoughtfully planned, peaceful space with enough room for a large group. We appreciated the large, well-appointed kitchen and dining area where we could share meals during our stay. The entire home was very clean. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. We also appreciated the large deck area for relaxing and enjoying breathtaking views of the Olympic mountains.

We booked the farmhouse for 8 - 5 adults and 3 children, 10 and 12 years old - and it suited us perfectly. The adults and tween boy all had their own rooms, and the girls had the bunks. Everything was exemplary - clean, working, and close to the National Park. We enjoyed Dungeness Spit, Port Angeles, a lavender farm, and, of course, Olympic National Park! It was a great home away from home, and we would book it again if we needed something in the same location. The hot tub was great after our days of hiking, and the game room was a very welcome surprise. Dance party, jenga, air hockey, and darts! Nice touches - plenty of night lights, pillows and blankets, the coffee station, portable radio with blue tooth, modern laundry with detergent. The sun room was a nice getaway for stretching and reading quietly in the morning. A+ Thanks!

Each year our three families all go on vacation together. This year we had a 3-year-old, a 4-year-old, and three seven year olds. This house was perfect for all of us! It's beautiful and wonderfully well-appointed. The kids and adults alike enjoyed the sun-room in the front of the house. Our kids loved using the hot tub and thoroughly enjoyed having their own tree-house. The little kids loved all of the toys and were thoroughly entertained the whole time. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat meals for 10 people in-house. And everyone had a comfortable place to sleep. There were more than enough towels and blankets and pillows for our large group. The property is beautiful and a perfect location for visiting all that the area offers. We can't recommend this place highly enough!

Checked in on us and returned with load of firewood which we appreciated very much. Cleanest hot tub Ive ever been in and no strong burning chlorine. Plenty of towels and extras for the hot tub. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen well stocked. Would have preferred full bed in room with bunk bed but we made it work. Thank you!

This was one of the best houses we have stayed in so far. The house was very spacious and well equipped. You will find everything you need for your stay. I couldn't believe how clean it was. I personally loved the kids bedroom upstairs, it was like a fairytale room. The kids bedding was so so cute :-) There is plenty of space around the house as well, kids had a blast. Can't forget to mention the sun room and the hot tub, where we have spent a lot of time. Overall we loved our stay and hopefully will be back soon.

We enjoyed our stay. The house had plenty of room for eight adults. We really liked the big table, as it easily fit the entire group. We also appreciated the kitchen, the washer/dryer and comfortable beds. The location is easy to find, has plenty of parking space, and was central to our hikes in the park. We have been staying in VRBO rentals for years and years. Walking into your property with the lights on and heat set to a comfortable setting, making it feel as if someone had just left and made the house "ready" for us to walk into was a very nice touch. We come to Sequim at least once a year and have been staying in the same cabin yearly, we were very disappointed this year when it was booked, but I will now say, I am so happy I found your property, it was immaculate and a wonderful place to stay.
