Newly updated, this luxury duplex provides two private units, each with their own hot tub, nestled between the Salish Sea and the Helen’s Pond nature preserve. It is the ideal location for nature lovers, photographers, birdwatchers, and anyone wanting a relaxing getaway. There are separate fenced and shared outdoor spaces.
Bungalow #273
#273 faces the nature preserve, and offers amazing mountain views. Enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine on your patio, and listen to the sound of the birds at Helen’s Pond. Inside you’ll find a kitchen with high end appliances and table seating for 4. There are 2 comfortable bedrooms, and one bathroom with a washer and dryer. The living room is a wonderful place to relax with a good book or enjoy a movie on the 55 inch streaming TV.
There is beach access through a gate in the backyard. Follow the private path all the way to the shore and take in the majestic views of the New Dungeness Lighthouse, the Strait of Juan de Fuca shipping lanes, and Mt. Baker. This is a perfect beach for enjoying your morning cup of coffee at the water’s edge. You can explore the mud flats during low tide, and take a sunset stroll down the sand. You can even bring your own kayak or SUP. Out of respect for our neighbors, we kindly ask that you do not settle or participate in loud beach activities close to the other houses.
While The Dungeness Bungalows may be new to the rental market, its owners are familiar with the vacation rental industry. We are also the owners of Enchanted Cove and The Farmhouse, two popular properties in the Sequim Valley Vacation Rental family. We love vacationing at our properties ourselves, we love sharing them with others, and we are committed to bringing you a high level of comfort and hospitality.

Relaxing stay
This property brought us so much peace and calm in our lives before heading to a stressful surgery in Seattle. The place was clean and well stocked with everything one might need (just be sure to bring your own coffee!). We loved the Mountain views from the hot tub and the short walk to the beach. We appreciated being away from town in such a quiet neighborhood. All in all great stay!!!

The bungalow was very accommodating and the kitchen was well stocked to make delicious meals during our 3 day stay. The check in process was easy and Simone was very helpful with making sure our transfer from our other Airbnb was simple. The bed was comfortable and the hot tub was just right for our entire stay. The only problem I would say is that the house wouldnt stay warm and heat had to keep being adjusted. Overall, our stay was wonderful and well miss waking up to the gorgeous Mountain View.

LOVE this location right on the water! We enjoyed watching the tide come in and out. We also enjoyed the hot tub in the cool evenings. Two of the three bedrooms are small but we were just looking for places to sleep and they were fine for that. We valued the nice gathering indoor and outdoor space with a view. We also appreciated a reasonable amount of pantry basics available. Finally, if you are in the area during berry season take advantage of the local U pick berry farm: $3/pound. We picked 8 POUNDS of raspberries and blueberries in under an hour and ate berries all weekYUM!

The property was a perfect base for our pacific northwest activities, including visits to hurricane ridge, hoh rainforest and Clallam bay. Very clean with good mountain views. The neighbors were very nice. The hot tub installation man showed up on the day we left, so property will only improve. No complaints and would recommend.

We were really happy with this rental. The home is open and spacious. Its also connected to another rental and we can see ourselves coming back to rent the entire property with more friends. Check in was easy, check out was a breeze and the location is great. Close to Sequim, Port Angeles and the Olympics. Its also nice to walk to the beach and hang out for a bit. There is also a large fenced in area where you can play yard games or just hang out. We would definitely go back!

The rental is just lovely - clean and comfortable and just right for a girlfriend getaway! A short walk to sunsets on the beach, and a great little kitchen to do some of our own cooking. When we ran into a little issue Simone was easy to get ahold of and worked hard to make it all right for us. I know it is all worked out now and would not hesitate to go back for another visit. Close to the Dungeness Spit, lavender farms, and great restaurants.

When my friend and I walked in the door of one of the two bungalows after a short scenic drive from Edmonds, the first word out of our mouths was wow. It was definitely more than what we had expected. The front door to the rear unit opens into a beautiful light filled great room, with soaring ceilings and beautiful views from the windows. The bedrooms were large and beautifully decorated! The bathroom was gorgeous, and had an enormous shower. The kitchen had all high-end appliances, including an espresso maker. The bungalows had convenient access to the beach, where beautiful views were abundant. The town of Sequim was only a few minutes drive from the bungalows, where one can find two major grocery stores, shopping, and lots of restaurants. All in all, my friend and I had a very relaxing and fun-filled mini vacation.

Bungalow #273 at 3 Crabs Road was delightful! Immaculate, comfortable and well appointed including fun retro mid-century modern decor. The snow covered Olympics on one side and the beach with private access on the other made it a great place to walk and enjoy nature. Cozy enough for two and plenty of room for four.
