This wonderful waterfront home is located right on the beach in Diamond Point. Incredible views of the Strait of Juan de Fuca, Protection Island (wildlife sanctuary tours), Mt. Baker, Victoria, and the most beautiful sunsets. Private beach with public boat launch located right next to the property.
This is a fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath home complete with their own towels and linens. Two bedrooms have king-sized beds, while 1 bedroom has a double/single bunk bed. The fully-equipped kitchen is ready for you to bring your own groceries and cook to your heart's content! If you need your clothes washed during your stay, this house comes with both a washer and dryer, soap included.
As you pull into the driveway, the main entrance (the back door) is to your left. There is one step up to the door and then you come into the entrance level. Directly ahead is a guest room with a king-sized bed. Also on this level is the laundry room, the main guest bathroom, and the stairway access to the second floor where the other guestrooms are. Adjacent to the main guest bathroom you go up two steps to the great room with kitchen, dining room and living room. Here you will enjoy the fabulous beach views through a wall of large picture windows.
From outside the home, enjoy the oceanfront view and wildlife while sitting in Adirondack chairs from your front yard. At night, if you enjoy a good beachfront fire, there is a fire pit for you to utilize. There are just the two chairs and a bench for outdoors, so you may want to bring extra camp chairs for larger groups.
For indoor entertainment, this home comes with cable/satellite TV, high speed internet with wireless network capabilities.
* Please note that this home has an attached mother in-law suite that is occupied full time - Back deck on 1/2 of the beach side is for neighbors use only.

What a beautiful house right on the water! I loved drinking coffee and watching for seals and cormorants. Great time was had by all! Spacious kitchen allowed us to do some delicious cooking while staring out at the water.

Wonderful location off the beach. It was beautiful waking up and being able to see the ocean while eating breakfast. The kitchen was big and had plenty of space. The living room was spacious and a wonderful space to spend time.

House was very clean and tidy. Absolutely stunning view of the water from the house. Very nice and quiet neighborhood. It is definitely better than the pictures. We were 2 families with one infant and we had a lot of fun. The beach is 10 steps from the house. Great amenities. We were not a fan of the super soft and mushy beds though. The bunk bed was the most comfortable. Overall excellent place and highly recommended

We had a great time at Diamond Point. The property was very clean and the fire pit was great. We called the Sequim rental company a couple of times for information and they were always friendly and helpful. Had a great time exploring Northwest Washington and the location was perfect for that.

We had such a nice time during our stay. The home is beautifully kept with a large window and great view. Experienced wildlife with otters & sea lions making the occasional pass by. Would definitely go back. Bring a gate to block stairs if you have a toddler/baby.

This was a lovely home. We enjoyed our stay, we had a beautiful view of Mt. Baker, saw otters and seals right outside our door. The house itself was very comfortable, and nicely furnished. The house itself is spacious, clean and lovely! It had everything we needed. The location and view is absolutely stunning! We were able to just drop our kayaks from the backyard where we spent most of our time (backyard). I would stay here again! Also, we figured the lavender festival would be cancelled, but I was able to find my favorite pottery lady (Michel McCarter) at the Sequim farmers market which made me very happy!

The house is even more beautiful then it looks in the pictures. The property is essentially in the middle of a bird sanctuary populated by some very cool birds. Our sunset stroll around the pond behind the house was stunning. Every one in the community is very friendly they greet everyone with a smile and wave. This place is heavenly.

Incredible views of Strait of Juan de Fuca
Close to perfect!
Had a beautiful 3 nights here with family. Wonderfully furnished and cozy. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. View was spectacular. Fire pit was a wonderful way to end our days. ONLY thing we could suggest is a gas grill. The house description just said grill. We found very little briquettes left and no lighter fluid. (Also, there was no wire brush to clean the grill with) By the time we went to the store and got the grill up and going, our dinner was served after 8:30. A gas grill would be a perfect addition to this otherwise perfect getaway. We enjoyed a wonderfully relaxing weekend and would definitely stay here again!

This place is outstanding. Awesome views, well stocked house and clean. Couldn't have asked for a better place. The decor of the house is perfect and views outside are great with a spectacular sunset. The telescope was a surprise Totally loved it... Can't wait to come back!!!
