Description
This is the consummate Beach House where memories are made. A custom designed home right on the beach in historic Dungeness with a full 360 degree view of the beautiful bay and gorgeous Olympic mountains. An expansive deck almost touches the bulkhead on the beach and the New Dungeness Lighthouse seems only steps away. Inside, enjoy hardwood floors, wood-beamed ceilings downstairs, and cathedral ceilings upstairs. The gorgeous kitchen has decorative Mexican tile and a full view of the Olympic Mountains. Three bedrooms (master with king, second with queen and third with two twins), also a twin tucked into a nook in the upstairs "get away" room, two baths, gas fireplace, WIFI, SMART TV, VCR, laundry, fully equipped kitchen.
You can walk the beach in search of shells or just taking in the spectacular views. In the summer you can watch the cruise ships go by on their way to Alaska. When the fog rolls in, you can hear the unique sound of the ship's foghorns calling out to each other as they pass through the Strait of Juan de Fuca. At the beginning of 3 Crabs Road is the newly completed 3 Crabs Nearshore and Estuarine Restoration Project. This project restored the waterfront to an original state, opened up a fish bearing river, and created habitat. It is now a regular viewing spot for birdwatchers, nature lovers and photographers.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly home & pets are only accepted with applicable pet fee per pet (Limit 2) & prior agreement the terms stated in our ‘Pet Policy’. We rounded out our visit of the Oly Peninsula here and loved it. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable and space was ample not to mention the view. It was great. A lot of nice little features including amazing binoculars for use and a well stocked kitchen. We hope to be back!

Great place to chill, kayak, look for crab during low tide and just enjoy the sea air and birds!!! Great fresh crabs from High Tides fish market in Port Angelas and steaks from Sunset meats. Check out Sunny Farm Market on 101!!!

A great stay for our family of 5 with young children. The house is spacious, comfortable and its a beautiful location. Note that if you are there during low tide in the summer during the day, the tidelands are not child friendly.

We loved our time at this property. It's a nice place to have a socially distanced getaway, and even though the weather was quite windy we could spend some time on the beach with our small children and enjoy the view from every window. The home was very clean and well-equipped for a family. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we need a getaway from Seattle.

Easy booking and great communication from start to end. When you walk in the door the view is spectacular. So well stocked and the kids toys were greatly appreciated. A wonderful way to celebrate our anniversary with our loved ones!

Excellent bay front house right on the water near Dungeness Spit. The layout of the home is comfortable for 6 adults and the kitchen was well equipped to cook meals. Views of Sequim Bay and the Olympic Mountains were beautiful. We thoroughly enjoyed the location and the design of this home.

Really peaceful house RIGHT on the water!
The location is very interesting - very quiet and peaceful. Great for long walks on the beach and listening to the sounds of birds and water. The house has a nice floor plan and is very comfortable for a family. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you again for being so kind and helpful for us...not only did you save our vacation, but you made it even better! We can't wait to come and rent again.

Overall everything was great. And you are RIGHT on the water. Hop over some rocks and you can be right on the beach. I also have to add that we rented this house SUPER last minute because the house we had rented in Port Angeles was double booked when got there (nightmare!)...and this saved the day! They even called the next day an apologized for not having the heat on etc., even though it was us who were so late, they made us feel special and welcome.
